Abstract:
Disclosed are a logistics status information monitoring method, device, and system. The method comprises: when it is detected that a user logins to a specific website, acquiring an order list of the user and determining an order of a logistics status to be monitored; extracting logistics query information from the order of the logistics status to be monitored, and according to the extracted logistics query information, sending a logistics status query request to a logistics information provider according to a set query period; and receiving a logistics status query result returned by the logistics information provider according to the logistics status query request. Further disclosed are a device and a system for implementing the method.
