Abstract:
The present invention relates to a long-acting renewable antibacterial coating for the surface of a titanium implant, relating to the field of oral biomedical materials. Provided in the present invention is a method for preparing a renewable antibacterial coating on the surface of a titanium implant: polishing a titanium sheet with SiC sandpaper; washing with a solvent, drying, and then performing alkali thermal treatment; treating with silane coupling agent KH570 solution; after free radical polymerisation with acrylic monomers, reacting with ethylenediamine; and soaking in sodium hypochlorite solution to prepare the renewable antibacterial coating on the surface of a titanium implant. The present invention uses a covalent bonding method and polymer grafting method to construct a firm and stable polymer antibacterial layer on the surface of the titanium sheet, achieving a long-lasting antibacterial effect; for the first time, the present method uses haloamine polymers for the surface modification of a titanium implant to construct a renewable antibacterial coating, the antibacterial layer being firm and stable, the antibacterial ageing being long, and the antibacterial layer being renewable.
