Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite material, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 30-70 parts of homo-polypropylene, 1-8 parts of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, 1-6 parts of a compatilizer, 10-70 parts of long glass fiber, and 0.2-2 parts of an additive. According to the present invention, a certain amount of the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer is added into homo-polyethylene, and the type of long glass fiber is specially selected, such that the infiltration effect of ultra-high-strength long glass fiber is obviously improved, the technical defects of poor solvent resistance and non-uniform dispersion of ultra-high-strength long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene are overcome, and the solvent resistance and the mechanical property of the material are improved.
