Abstract:
The present utility model relates to a long overtravel and overtravel adjustable composite mechanical switch for a membrane keyboard, comprising an upper cover, a base matching the upper cover and a button; the upper cover and the base are firmly fitted to each other and form a cavity inside, the button is located in the cavity, a large spring in a compressed state is provided between the button and the inner wall of the base, the upper cover is provided with an opening, and the upper end of the button extends out of the surface of the upper cover through the opening; and a trigger lever is mounted at the lower end of the button, a through hole is provided at the lower portion of the base, a lever sleeve extending downward is provided at the lower central position of the button, and the lever sleeve is inserted into the through hole of the base, and is slidably connected to the inner wall of the through hole. The present utility model integrates the advantages of a membrane switch structure and of a mechanical switch, and forms a modular composite mechanical switch adapted to a membrane keyboard. Said composite mechanical switch can be directly mounted on the keyboard as a whole, and can ensure, during use, smooth sliding of the button and the triggering lever, ensuring stable operation of the switch.
