The present invention relates to a long-term withstand voltage and insulation resistance measurement test system that makes it possible to control the temperature of water stored in a high temperature water tank, and test and operate, for long durations, operations for measuring the withstand voltage and insulation resistance of each channel. The long-term withstand voltage and insulation resistance measurement test system according to the present invention may comprise: at least one high temperature water tank including a plurality of individual separated buckets; a temperature controller for controlling the temperature of the water stored in each of the plurality of buckets; and a measuring instrument for measuring the withstand voltage and insulation resistance of samples contained in each of the plurality of buckets.
