Abstract:
A method for reducing the heat transfer temperature difference of a loop heat pipe, relating to the technical field of heat dissipation devices. According to the method, a second vapor cavity (7) is arranged between a first vapor cavity (13) of an evaporator (1) and a compensator (5); the first vapor cavity (13) and the second vapor cavity (7), and the second vapor cavity (7) and the compensator (5) are isolated by capillary structures (12, 8), respectively; the first vapor cavity (13) is communicated with a vapor pipeline (2); the second vapor cavity (7) is communicated with a liquid pipeline (4) by means of an auxiliary pipeline (6). A component for reducing the heat transfer temperature difference of a loop heat pipe, and a loop heat pipe comprising the component. The component comprises an evaporator (1) and a compensator (5); a first vapor cavity (13) adapted to be communicated with a vapor pipeline (2) and a second vapor cavity (7) adapted to be communicated with an auxiliary pipeline (6) are formed between capillary structures (12, 8) and a shell (11) of the evaporator (1); the auxiliary pipeline is adapted to be communicated a liquid pipeline; the second vapor cavity (7) is located between the first vapor cavity (13) and the compensator (5); the first vapor cavity (13) and the second vapor cavity (7), and the second vapor cavity (7) and the compensator (5) are isolated by the capillary structures (12, 8), respectively. Heat leakage into the compensator can be significantly reduced.
