Abstract:
The present invention relates to a loop nonwoven fabric laminate sheet for a hook fastening member, having a nonwoven fabric loop layer (10) made of a thermoplastic nonwoven fabric sheet, and a film layer (20), which are coupled to each other, wherein the nonwoven fabric loop layer (10) and the film layer (20) form a joining region and a non-joining region, the joining region of the nonwoven fabric loop layer (10) and the film layer (20) is depressed into a wave form through ultrasonic frictional heat so as to form a plurality of fused parts (11) in the transverse direction (1), and the non-joining region of the nonwoven fabric loop layer (10) and the film layer (20) maintain the original shape thereof so as to form a plurality of buffer parts (12) in the transverse direction. Additionally, a method for manufacturing the loop nonwoven fabric laminate sheet for a hook fastening member comprises the steps of: providing a nonwoven fabric loop layer (10) made of a thermoplastic nonwoven fabric sheet; providing a film layer (20) to the nonwoven fabric loop layer (10); and coupling the nonwoven fabric loop layer (10) and the film layer (20), such that the joining region of the nonwoven fabric loop layer (10) and the film layer (20) is depressed into the wave form through ultrasonic frictional heat so as to form a plurality of fused parts (11) in the transverse direction (1), and the non-joining region of the nonwoven fabric loop layer (10) and the film layer (20) maintain the original shape thereof so as to form a plurality of buffer parts (12) in the transverse direction. The loop nonwoven fabric laminate sheet for a hook fastening member, of the present invention, improves the mechanical binding force of the nonwoven fabric loop layer and a hook member and the flexibility of a product since the surface area of the non-joining region is increased by forming, through ultrasonic frictional heat, the joining region, with a minimal area, in which the nonwoven fabric loop layer and the film layer are fused. Additionally, since smooth buffer parts are formed by minimizing the bending of the nonwoven fabric loop layer, there are effects of generating almost no lint even during repeated use, having good detachability from a hook member, and having a remarkably soft texture of the nonwoven fabric surface. Moreover, the loop nonwoven fabric laminate sheet for a hook fastening member, of the present invention, has advantages of having a simple manufacturing process, reducing material costs and being eco-friendly since the joining region of the nonwoven fabric loop layer made of a thermoplastic nonwoven fabric sheet and the film layer are depressed into the wave form through ultrasonic frictional heat so as to form a plurality of fused parts in the transverse direction.
