Disclosed in the present invention is a loop-type locknut. The loop-type locknut comprises a nut provided with a frustum-shaped internal-threaded concave cavity, and an outer frustum-shaped annular member arranged in the nut, wherein an eccentric value for eliminating a thread fit clearance is set between an internal thread and a conical external thread of the annular member, such that under the functions of a formed eccentric structure and a conical thread of the concave cavity of the nut, when the annular member is screwed into a bolt together with the nut for locking, the locking performance of a single nut is retained, and a comprehensive effect is also obtained by means of a multi-characteristic structure. According to the present invention, by pinpointing an effective method for solving a problem and grasping the essential points for solving the problem, by using rational and simple structural characteristics that are easily implemented, and by combining the conical thread and the eccentric structure to lock the bolt in a loop and complementary manner in multiple ways, the practical and reliable effect whereby the nut cannot be loosened when locked is achieved.
