Abstract:
This lost article prevention device (10) comprises: a sensor (15) that detects the status inside a vehicle interior; a communication device (11) that receives exit site information which is information about the passenger exit site; and a controller (18) that determines whether a vehicle has arrived at an exit site on the basis of the exit site information, determines whether there is a lost article of a passenger in the vehicle interior on the basis of the sensor detection result, and when it is determined that the vehicle has arrived at the exit site and it is determined that there is no lost article, releases the door closed status, and when it is determined that the vehicle has arrived at the exit site and it is determined that there is a lost article, maintains the door closed state.
