Abstract:
Provided by the present utility model are a loudspeaker box and an assembly method therefor. The loudspeaker box comprises a housing and a sounding unit, the housing being provided with an accommodation space and formed by a top wall, a side wall and a bottom wall, and the sounding unit dividing the accommodation space into a front vocal cavity and a rear vocal cavity. The top wall is provided with an opening corresponding to the front vocal cavity, and the housing is provided with a sound outlet spaced with the opening and communicated with the front vocal cavity. The loudspeaker box also comprises a reinforcing plate inserted in the housing, the reinforcing plate comprising a main body portion covering the opening and a fixed portion extending from the main body portion towards the sound outlet opening, the fixed portion being corresponding to the sound opening and provided with a through hole communicated therewith. The loudspeaker box further comprises a sound transmission plate covering the through hole and fittingly fixed with the fixed portion. The sound transmission plate, the reinforcing plate and the housing are subjected to injection molding. The sound transmission plate comprises a sound transmission portion exposed on the housing via the sound outlet opening and a periphery portion inserted in the housing by means of injection molding, and the sound outlet opening is communicated with the front cavity via the sound transmission portion. The utility model solves the problem in the prior art that the dust screen, being soft, is not able to fit closely with the surface of the plastic cement because the edge of the dust screen is turned over by the plastic cement during injection molding.
