Abstract:
The present invention provides a loudspeaker box and an assembly process therefor. The loudspeaker box comprises a sound production unit, a front cover made of a metal material, a bracket which is fixedly supported on the front cover and integrally injection-molded, and a rear cover made of a metal material; the bracket comprises a support body for supporting the sound production unit and an outer connection body which is connected to the support body to define an annular through hole, the outer connection body being provided with a sound guide channel penetrating through the outer connection body; the rear cover covers the front cover and the outer connection body and defines a housing having an accommodation space together with the front cover and the outer connection body; the sound production unit and the support body are accommodated and fixed in the accommodation space of the housing; the front cover, the support body, and the sound production unit jointly define a front sound cavity; the front sound cavity is communicated with the outside by means of the sound guide channel; and the sound production unit, the outer connection body, the support body, and the rear cover jointly define a rear sound cavity. According to the loudspeaker box of the present invention, the volume of the cavity in the housing can be increased, and the volume of the rear sound cavity defined by the sound production unit and the housing is increased, such that the acoustic performance, especially the low-frequency acoustic performance, of the loudspeaker box is improved.
