Abstract:
The present invention provides a loudspeaker box and an assembly process therefor. The loudspeaker box comprises a housing and a sound production unit accommodated in the housing; the housing comprises a front cover made of a metal material, a support fixed to the front cover, and a rear cover made of a metal material; the support comprises a support body made of a metal material for supporting the sound production unit and an outer connector injection-molded on the support body, the support body is recessed distant from the sound production unit to form an accommodating tank and defines a front acoustic cavity together with the sound production unit, the outer connector is provided with a sound guide channel passing through the outer connector, and the sound guide channel communicates the front acoustic cavity with the outside; and the sound production unit, the support, and the rear cover jointly define a rear acoustic cavity. The loudspeaker box of the present invention can increase the volume of a cavity in the housing and increase the volume of the rear acoustic cavity defined by the sound production unit and the housing, thereby improving the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker box, in particular the low-frequency acoustic performance.
