Disclosed in the embodiments of the present application are a loudspeaker and an electronic apparatus comprising same. The loudspeaker comprises a base, a plurality of piezoelectric patches, a plurality of transmission members and a diaphragm, wherein each of the piezoelectric patches comprises a fixed end and a suspended end, the fixed end of each of the piezoelectric patches is fixed on the base, the suspended end of each of the piezoelectric patches is suspended on an inner side of the base, and the plurality of piezoelectric patches are arranged in a staggered manner; the plurality of transmission members are fixed at the suspended ends of the plurality of piezoelectric patches in a one-to-one correspondence manner and are all fixedly connected to the middle of the diaphragm; the periphery of the diaphragm is fixedly connected to the base; and the plurality of piezoelectric patches comprise a first piezoelectric patch and a second piezoelectric patch, and an extension direction of the first piezoelectric patch intersects with an extension direction of the second piezoelectric patch. By means of the loudspeaker provided in the present application, the rolling vibration phenomenon of a diaphragm can be reduced, such that the acoustic performance of the loudspeaker is improved.
