Abstract:
A loudspeaker vibration diaphragm and a sound production device. The loudspeaker vibration diaphragm comprises a diaphragm layer prepared from a foaming rubber. The foaming rubber is a foaming body prepared from a rubber by a foaming method. The glass transition temperature of the foaming rubber is less than or equal to -10ºC. The sound production device comprises a sound production device body and the loudspeaker vibration diaphragm. The loudspeaker vibration diaphragm is disposed on the sound production device body. The foaming rubber has bubbles uniformly distributed inside the material, so that the overall density of the material is decreased, and the weight of a vibration diaphragm of the same size is reduced. As a result, the material has better resilience property and larger amplitude, and the loudspeaker vibration diaphragm is not deformed more easily due to the weight thereof.
