Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a louver awning rapid mounting structure. The structure comprises: a louver blade assembly composed of several louver blades; a ring beam assembly; and foot pipes. The ring beam assembly comprises a longitudinal ring beam and a transverse ring beam; two ends of each louver blade are connected to an inner side of the longitudinal ring beam by means of rapid mounting assemblies; upper ends of the foot pipes are respectively fixedly connected to the longitudinal ring beam and the transverse ring beam by means of inner angle connecting assemblies and outer angle connecting assemblies; and drainage mechanisms are arranged on the foot pipes and ring beam assembly. In the present invention, C-shaped buckles are arranged so as to replace screws when mounting the louver blades, such that mounting is convenient and fast, left-right displacement of the louver blades can be effectively prevented, a limiting effect is achieved, and rapid mounting can be implemented without the help of professionals; anti-disengaging buckles are arranged at two ends of a connecting pin, thereby effectively preventing the connecting pin from being separated from a connecting piece and a connecting strip, and ensuring the linkage of the louver blades; a mounting structure is simplified, such that the mounting efficiency is improved; and the drainage mechanisms are arranged, such that rainwater can be conveniently drained in time, thereby prolonging the service life of a product.
