This louver comprises: a plate-shaped plate wall (1) having a front surface and a rear surface, and having formed therein an opening that penetrates through from the front surface (1b) to the rear surface; a louver wall (2) which is provided so as to overlap at least a portion of the opening when seen from the front surface (1b) side of the plate wall (1), which is inclined from the rear surface of the plate wall (1) toward the front surface (1b) such that, when a direction perpendicular to a front-rear direction directed from the rear surface of the plate wall (1) toward the front surface (1b) is defined as a vertical direction, one edge on the front surface (1b) side is lower than one edge on the rear surface side, the louver wall (2) extending in a horizontal direction that intersects the vertical direction and that is parallel to the front surface (1b); a wall portion which abuts an end portion, in the horizontal direction, of the louver wall (2) and which forms a right angle or an acute angle with one surface of the louver wall (2); and an inclined portion (5) which is provided in a connecting part between said one surface of the louver wall (2) and the wall portion, and which has a surface (5a) that forms an obtuse angle with said one surface (2b) of the louver wall (2).
