Abstract:
A low-angle shift optical filter for an optical signal operating scene with an incident angle of 45 degrees, wherein the filter has a transmission band for p polarized light and a cut-off band for s polarized light within a range of wavelengths from 800 nm to 2000 nm. The low-angle shift optical filter comprises a substrate (101) and a light filter membrane layer, wherein the light filter membrane layer includes a plurality of high refractive index layers (102) and a plurality of low refractive index layers (103), which are stacked in a mutually staggered manner; and the high refractive index layers (102) are made of Si:H. The low-angle shift optical filter is specifically a flat optical filter which is inclined at an angle of 45 degrees relative to a central light beam of incident light; the incident light beam is divided into two beams, namely the s polarized light and the p polarized light, on a front surface of the optical filter, with the propagation directions of the two beams being perpendicular to each other. The optical filter can be obtained by means of vacuum coating, such that the tedious processes of gluing and polishing after coating are eliminated; the optical filter is small in size and simple in terms of structure; and the optical filter has a relatively wide operating wavelength, such that an allowable operating angle range is relatively wide.
