Abstract:
A low-density metal manufacturing method, comprising the steps: providing a metal powder material and a high polymer material, mixing the two together, and forming particles; feeding the particles into an injection machine to form a required green body; degreasing; and then curing at high temperature to form a product. The degreasing and curing processes are used for removing the high polymer material in the green body and connecting with metal powder particles, and apertures are formed on the product and communicate with one another to form gaps. The metal material and the high polymer material are mixed and then jointly injected to form the green body, then the high polymer material is removed by means of the degreasing process, intercommunicating gaps are formed after the high polymer material is removed, the gaps are uniform and continuous, and compared with the prior art, stable production of products having low density and complicated configuration can be realized, and the use of a metal material is greatly exerted.
