Abstract:
A mixer (1) comprising: first to fourth switch transistors (M1-M4) each connected between first and second input terminals (Vinp, Vinn) and first and second output terminals (Vap, Van); and first and second buffers (10, 11) that receive first and second LO signals, and apply LO signals (Vgp, Vgn) to gates for the first to fourth switch transistors (M1-M4). The first and second buffers (10, 11) comprise control terminals (Vcnt1-Vcnt4) that adjust the cross voltage between the signals output from each buffer.
