Abstract:
A low-energy-consumption high-speed flying method, a wing ring mechanism (1) which uses said method, a wing ring flying saucer, and a high-altitude power generation ring and an opposite-pull aircraft that use the wing ring mechanism. According to said flying method, a wing ring (1-1) of the wing ring flying saucer is titled axially, so that the direction of overall lifting force of the wing ring is inclined, so as to obtain a horizontal thrust. The wing ring mechanism is provided with a wing ring, a wing ring rotation device and a wing ring deflection device (2). The wing ring deflection device is composed of a telescopic device and a dynamic connection device. The wing ring flying saucer uses the wing ring mechanism as a lifting device. The high-altitude power generation ring is provided with a wing ring mechanism and a cable (4). The wing ring mechanism is connected to the upper end of the cable, and the lower end of the cable is connected to a ground bolting point; and the upper end of the cable is connected to the part which does not rotate along with the wing ring on the side edge of the wing ring mechanism. The present opposite-pull aircraft employs two or two groups of aerostats or aircrafts that are located in two wind layers having opposite wind directions respectively, and the two aerostats or aircrafts are connected to each other by any kind of connecting body that may prevent the two from separating from each other.
