Abstract:

The present invention provides a polyimide film which is produced by imidizing a polyamic acid derived from the polymerization of: a diamine monomer including a low-hygroscopic diamine represented by chemical formula 1 below; and a dianhydride monomer including biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride (BPDA), wherein the polyimide film has a dielectric constant (Dk) of 3.6 or less, a dielectric dissipation factor (Df) of 0.006 or less, and a moisture absorption rate of less than 1.0 wt%.
