Abstract:
Provided is a low linear-expansion coefficient, flame-retardant polycarbonate composite material, comprising the following ingredients in parts by weight: 0.5–1.5 parts of Sc2W3O12, 0.7–1.5 parts of polyborosiloxane, and 90–100 parts of polycarbonate. The negative thermal expansion material Sc2W3O12 is combined with polyborosiloxane to prepare a low linear-expansion coefficient, flame-retardant polycarbonate composite material; the CLTE of the final composite material can reach as low as 1.8*10-51/K, optimal flame retardancy can reach UL94-5VA/1.6mm, and the oxygen index can reach more than 40%. Also disclosed is a method for preparing said low linear-expansion coefficient, flame-retardant polycarbonate composite material.
