Abstract:
The present application provides a low molecular weight dermatan sulfate. The number-average molecular weight of the low molecular weight dermatan sulfate is 2,000 to 5,000 Da, and the weight-average molecular weight of the low molecular weight dermatan sulfate is 2,500 to 6,500 Da. Also provided is a refining process for the low molecular weight dermatan sulfate, comprising: 1) mixing a dermatan sulfate solution and chondroitin sulfate B enzyme for enzymolysis to obtain feed liquid; 2) adding a strong oxidant to the feed liquid obtained in step 1) for oxidation reaction, and filtering to obtain filtered feed liquid; and 3) performing circulating ultrafiltration on the filtered feed liquid obtained in step 2), to obtain the low molecular weight dermatan sulfate. The low molecular weight dermatan sulfate is more suitable for human body absorption, and has a wide application prospect in antithrombotic drugs. The refining process for the low molecular weight dermatan sulfate is a process for refining the low molecular weight dermatan sulfate using an enzyme-ultrafiltration method, the reaction is mild, stable and controllable, the process repeatability is high, certain economic benefits and environmental protection effects are achieved, and the refining process is suitable for industrial application and promotion.
