Abstract:
Disclosed is a low-nitrogen gas burner suitable for medium-and-low heat value fuels. The gas burner comprises a central fuel cylinder (9), a rotational flow gas cylinder (11), an outer main fuel cylinder (10) and a burner box shell (12) that are sequentially distributed from the inside out. A rotational flow disk (2) is arranged at an outlet of the inner rotational flow air area, an annular main fuel gas collecting ring is provided between the rotational flow gas cylinder (11) and the outer main fuel cylinder (10), an outer direct gas flow area (4) which is annular is provided between the outer main fuel cylinder (10) and the burner box shell (12), a main fuel inlet (5) is provided in one end of the main fuel gas collecting ring, and a plurality of main fuel nozzles (1) are provided in the other end of the main fuel gas collecting ring; and a combustion-supporting air inlet is provided in a side face of the burner box shell (12), wherein an outlet of a medium-and-low heat value gas fuel pipe is in communication with a center fuel inlet (6) and the main fuel inlet (5), and a combustion-supporting air channel (13) is in communication with the rotational flow disk (2) and the outer direct gas flow area (4). The burner has the characteristics of having a high combustion efficiency and low nitrogen oxide emissions.
