Abstract:
A low-noise amplifier chip (220), a front-end amplifier module, and a radio-frequency receiver device. The low-noise amplifier chip (220) comprises a first port (P1), a first-stage amplifier circuit (110), an inter-stage matching circuit (120), a second-stage amplifier circuit (130), a voltage biasing circuit (140), a power supply biasing circuit (150), and a second port (P2). The first port (P1) is connected to an input terminal of the first-stage amplifier circuit (110). An output terminal of the first-stage amplifier circuit (110) is connected to an input terminal of the second-stage amplifier circuit (130) via the inter-stage matching circuit (120), and an output terminal of the second-stage amplifier circuit is connected to the second port (P2). One terminal of the voltage biasing circuit (140) is connected to a grounding terminal of the second-stage amplifier circuit (130), and another terminal thereof is connected to the input terminal of the first-stage amplifier circuit (110). One terminal of the voltage biasing circuit (150) is connected to the second port (P2), and another terminal thereof is connected to the output terminal of the first-stage amplifier circuit (110). The first port (P1) is a signal input terminal. The second port (P2) serves as a signal output terminal and a power supply terminal. The low-noise amplifier chip (220) adopts a simple two-port design, and is not susceptible to external interference.
