A low-noise lamp reset structure and a control method therefor. The low-noise lamp reset structure comprises a pivot shaft (200) and a pivot member (100) in pivot connection with the pivot shaft (200), the pivot shaft (200) being fixedly connected to a drive wheel (210) and being sheathed by a driving lever (300). A first detection marker (310) is provided on the driving lever (300), and a first detector (110), which detects the first detection marker (310), is provided on the pivot member (100). A first limiting post (220) for limiting the driving lever (300) is further provided on the drive wheel (210), and an elastic member (130) for abutting against the driving lever (300) and a second limiting post (120) for limiting the driving lever (300) are further provided on the pivot member (100); the second limiting post (120) and the elastic member (130) do not interfere with the first limiting post (220) during the process of the pivot member (100) moving relative to the pivot shaft (200). During the reset process, since it is not necessary for the second limiting post (120) to contact the driving lever (300) against which the first limiting post (220) abuts, the pivot member (100) will not rebound under the action of a reaction force, which prevents noise emitted by multiple collisions, thereby making the reset process quieter.
