Abstract:
A low-noise self-priming pump housing. The self-priming pump housing (1) is internally provided with an impeller cavity (3) internally provided with an impeller (2); the self-priming pump housing (1) is internally provided with a liquid inlet channel (4), a liquid outlet channel (5), and a liquid return channel (6); the liquid inlet channel (4) is provided with an inlet (7) communicated with the impeller cavity (3); a rib plate (8) is provided adjacent to the liquid inlet channel (4) and the liquid outlet channel (5); a block panel (9) is provided adjacent to the liquid outlet channel (5) and the liquid return channel (6); a return cavity (10) for communication is provided at the upper ends of the liquid outlet channel (5) and the liquid return channel (6); an outlet (11) communicated with the impeller cavity (3) is provided at the lower ends of the liquid outlet channel (5) and the liquid return channel (6); an external expansion plate (12) arranged in a direction away from the block panel (9) is provided at the upper end of the rib plate (8); an expansion groove (15) is formed between the external expansion plate (12) and the rib plate (8); the upper end of the external expansion plate (12) is bent towards the side where the block panel (9) is located; and the upper end of the external expansion plate (12) is connected to the self-priming pump housing (1).
