Abstract:
The present invention relates to a low-pressure vacuum steamer, in which steam (heat) is evenly spread throughout inner spaces of containers of respective layers, the containers being stacked in multiple layers, so as to improve cooking efficiency of noodles, a steamed dish, etc. The present invention provides a low-pressure vacuum steamer, in which steam (pressure and temperature) generated in a first container part of the lowermost layer is rapidly supplied to the other container parts of respective layers through a central steam distributing part, so that the steam is evenly spread throughout inner spaces of all container parts without sequentially passing through a second and a third container part of respective layers, so as to allow an optimum steamed dish to be provided while maintaining a constant temperature.
