Abstract:
A low-reflection member according to the present invention comprises: a glass plate having a first surface and a second surface; and a low-reflection film formed on the first surface and having a refractive index smaller than a refractive index of the glass plate, wherein the low-reflection film includes hollow fine particles and a binder, and the low-reflection film does not peel off even when a cotton swab is pressed onto the low-reflection film with a load of at least 10 g and then swept once over a distance of 3 cm.
