Abstract:
A low residue safety self-destroying syringe includes a hollow needle cylinder (1), a push rod (2) sliding in the needle cylinder (1) and a rubber plug (3) arranged at the front end of the push rod (2), a needle seat (4) arranged at the front end of the needle cylinder (1), the needle seat (4) is supported by a supporting seat (5). Elastic claws (6) are arranged at the inside of the supporting seat (5), a frustum (8) engaged with the elastic claws (6) is arranged at the front end of the push rod (2). The rubber plug (3) is hollow, a stop (10) pushing the rubber plug (3) is arranged on the push rob (2). Before injection, the cone bottom of the frustum (8) encounters the top of the rubber plug (3). During the injection, the rubber plug (3) is compressive deformed by the reaction force generated by the injection and the thrust of the stop (10), then the frustum (8) is protruded along the axis of the push rod (2). After the injection, the frustum (8) is engaged with the elastic claws (6).
