Abstract:
A low-temperature plasma-ultraviolet-fused dedicated pathogenic bacteria and coronavirus sterilization technical device, which relates to the technical field of sterilization. The device comprises a low-temperature plasma gas flow type generator, an ultraviolet generator, and a gas flow circulation system; wherein the ultraviolet generator is positioned in front of a low-temperature plasma gas flow, and a sterilization gas flow formed by fusion excitation of the low-temperature plasma gas flow and ultraviolet light is sprayed on a surface of a sample to be sterilized, so as to sterilize pathogenic bacteria and coronavirus on the surface of the sample. The sterilization efficiency is increased and the ozone emission is reduced by means of sterilization gas flow circulation. The low-temperature plasma gas flow with an operating voltage of 33±5 kV and a frequency of 13±5 kHz is fused with the ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 222±10 nm to completely sterilize 6 Log10CFU/cm2 Staphylococcus aureus within 160 s and completely sterilize 4.28 log10TCID50/cm2 coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) within 30 s. The high-efficiency sterilization efficiency of this technical device on microbial coronavirus will provide core technical device support for the development of a dedicated pathogenic bacteria and coronavirus sterilization apparatus for modern cold chain logistics.
