Abstract:
A low-vibration-type submersible pump for a deep well, comprising a machine body (1), a flow guide cover (2) is connected to the lower end of the machine body (1), the machine body (1) is connected to the flow guide cover (2) by means of a lower connecting component (4), and the lower connecting component (4) comprises a clamping block (41) and a buckle (42), the clamping block (41) is connected to the machine body (1), the buckle (42) is connected to the flow guide cover (2), an expansion ring (43) is arranged on an inner wall of the clamping block (41), and the outer surface of the expansion ring (43) abuts against the outer wall of the buckle (42). The submersible pump uses the cooperative manner of the expansion ring (43) and the buckle (42) to replace a traditional bolt connection manner, and after encountering water, the expansion ring (43) expands and squeezes the buckle (42), thereby ensuring that the buckle (42) is always tightly attached to a clamping groove in the clamping block (41), so as to ensure that the flow guide cover (2) and the machine body (1) do not loosen. By means of the foregoing arrangement, shaking generated during subsequent use can be reduced, thereby reducing the noise and vibration of the submersible pump.
