Abstract:
The present invention provides a low-voltage starting circuit for a low-inductance wireless charging system, and a wireless charging system. The low-voltage starting circuit comprises a voltage input end Vrect, a common grounding end VSS, a PMOS driving signal control module pgate_ctrl_logic, a MOS transistor MN1, a MOS transistor MP1, a Vmax power supply selection and control module vmax_sel, a power-on reset module por, a low-voltage bandgap reference circuit lv_bgr, a rectifier boost logic control module boost_logic, a rectifier SR and a rectifier output undervoltage protection control module vrect_uvlo. The low-voltage starting circuit of the present invention is used for a low-inductance wireless charging system, and can normally start an MCU at a receiving end of the wireless charging system under a low-voltage condition (1.4 V).
