A low-voltage switching device, comprising an operation mechanism, a differential system, and a compensation mechanism. The compensation mechanism comprises a support base, and a lever and a cam rotatably assembled on the support base; a slide block respectively connected to the lever and the cam is assembled on the support base; a compensation piece respectively mating with the lever and the differential system is provided on the slide block; the differential system enables, by pushing the compensation piece to rotate, the lever to rotate so as to trigger the operation mechanism to trip; an adjustment screw is provided between the cam and the slide block; the slide block is enabled, by rotating the cam or the adjustment screw, to drive the compensation piece to move so as to adjust the distance between the compensation piece and the lever. According to the low-voltage switching device of the present invention, the slide block, the cam and the lever of the compensation mechanism thereof mate with each other; the slide block is adjusted by means of the adjustment screw or the cam so as to indirectly adjust the distance between the compensation piece and the lever, such that the structure of the entire compensation mechanism is more compact; compensation adjustment can be completed merely in a small space.
