Abstract:
This lower arm (1) for a vehicle suspension comprises a plate-shaped main body part (2). The main body part (2) includes: a first attachment part (3) that extends toward the inside in the vehicle width direction and has a front end attached to the vehicle body side; a second attachment part (4) that extends toward the inside in the vehicle width direction and has a front end attached to the vehicle body side further toward the rearward side of the vehicle body than the first attachment part (3); and a third attachment part (5) that extends toward the outside in the vehicle width direction and has a front end attached to the vehicle wheel side. A second portion (P2) between the first attachment part (3) and the second attachment part (4) is configured to be more fragile with respect to an input from the vehicle front surface in comparison to a first portion (P1) between the first attachment part (3) and the third attachment part (5).
