Abstract:
Lower body exercise equipment according to an embodiment of the present invention is lower body exercise equipment which is placed on a bed, and comprises: a first support element which is disposed on the upper surface of the bed; a second support element which is arranged to be spaced apart from the first support element in the longitudinal direction; a connection element which connects the first support element and the second support element to each other and has a variable length; and a support which is disposed at one side of the first support element and supported by a support panel of the bed.
