Abstract:
Disclosed is a lubricant for textile machinery. The lubricant is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 23-28 parts of a detergent dispersant, 65-69 parts of a machine oil, 13-17 parts of an oxidation and corrosion inhibitor, 4-6 parts of sorbitol, 3-11 parts of an extreme pressure anti-wear agent, 4-7 parts of polyurethane, 21-25 parts of a tackifier, 3-5 parts of an alkyl phosphate, 2-3 parts of a magnetic ferrite fluid, 1-3 parts of chloroform, 35-67 parts of a base oil, 1-2 parts of benzotriazole, and 2-3 parts of di-iso-octyldiphenylamine. The advantages of the lubricant lie in that by means of the combination and cooperation of a variety of additives, the stability of the lubricant can be improved, the lubricating effect thereof can be enhanced, and the service life of the lubricant can be prolonged; furthermore, the lubricant can properly protect machinery, save energy and reduce consumption, and has wide application prospects.
