Abstract:
Provided are: a lubricating coating composition that has superior workability and is able to exert superior seize resistance; and an attachment component that is for an internal combustion engine and that has a solid coating film formed from the lubricating coating composition. A solid coating film (41) is formed at the surface of a temperature sensor (1) screw member (25), which is the attachment component for an internal combustion engine, using a lubricating coating composition that, as solid components for forming the solid coating film (41), contains an organosilicon polymer, which is such that a polycarbosilane skeleton is crosslinked by means of a metallic element, and a solid lubricant comprising at least one of molybdenum disulfide, boron nitride, graphite, and mica, and as a solvent for the solid components, contains an organic solvent. By means of the coating film (41), it is possible to exert high seize resistance.
