Abstract:

The invention relates to the production of a lubricating composition of a high-temperature synthetic oil for thermally stressed supersonic aircraft gas turbine engines. The lubricating composition comprises a main base, namely an aviation trimethylolpropane ester based on a mixture of complex esters of trimethylolpropane and fatty monocarboxylic acids, and also an oxidation inhibitor, namely dioctyldiphenylamine or (bis(4-(1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl)phenyl)amine, the oxidation inhibitor alkylated phenyl-alpha-naphthylamine, a corrosion inhibitor in the form of a mixture of the oil-soluble tolutriazole derivative-based metal deactivator Irgamet 39 and the corrosion inhibitor 1,2,3-benzotriazole, and tricresyl phosphate as an anti-wear additive, wherein the components are taken in specific ratios to provide the following high performance characteristics: stable viscosity-temperature properties, thermal and thermal-oxidative stability at high temperatures above 200°C, and high anticorrosion and tribological properties at high speeds and high temperatures as well as at low temperatures.
