Abstract:

This invention relates to a lubricating method for the hot rolling of high-silicon steel. According to this method, high-silicon steel is rolled at 200 to 600°C while applying a lubricant, prepared by mixing a solid lubricant capable of enduring the rolling temperature with heat-resistant grease, to the working rolls or idle rolls.
