Abstract:
A lubricating oil additive composition characterized in containing a boronated succinimide derivative, and an amino alcohol compound. A lubricating oil composition obtained by compounding this additive composition will have exceptional high-temperature-cleaning properties and base-number-maintaining properties (long drain performance), even when the metallic cleaning agent content is low and the ash content is low.
