Abstract:
This luggage management system 10 comprises: a specifying unit 21 which uses acquired first biometric information to specify person identification information for identifying a user 11 associated with the first biometric information; an association unit 22 which associates the specified person identification information with luggage identification information on a luggage 15 and delivery destination information representing a delivery destination 17 of which the industry type is different from that of a delivery source 16; a generation unit 23 which generates delivery slip information used by a creation terminal 50 that creates a delivery slip 14 to be attached to the luggage 15, on the basis of the luggage identification information and the delivery destination information; a selection unit 24 which uses acquired second biometric information to select luggage identification information associated with the second biometric information; and an output information generation unit 25 which generates output information for outputting the selected luggage identification information to an output terminal 60.
