Title:
LUMINESCENCE IMAGE CODING DEVICE, LUMINESCENCE IMAGE DECODING DEVICE, AND LUMINESCENCE IMAGE ANALYSIS SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/203679
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present disclosure proposes a technology for reducing the size of writing in a storage device, and improving throughput for writing image data. A luminescence image coding device according to the present disclosure executes: processing for generating alignment information by aligning the positions of bright spots in a plurality of luminescence images with a reference position; processing for, using information relating to the positions of the bright spots and information relating to the signal intensities of the bright spots in the luminescence images, reducing the amount of the information of the signal intensities of the bright spots in the plurality of luminescence images and the amount of the alignment information, and generating coded data; and processing for generating transmission data including the coded data and the information relating to the positions of the bright spots or information for specifying the positions of the bright spots.
