The present invention relates to luminous glass using a light diffusion panel. The objective of the present invention is to provide luminous glass using a light diffusion panel, in which the panel having an overall grid shape with cores arranged in a particular structure is embedded in the glass, and LED light sources on opposite sides of the glass supply light, whereby it is possible to increase the transparency of the glass when the glass is viewed from the front, as well as achieving excellent light guiding and light diffusion for the side light sources. To this end, the luminous glass using the light diffusion panel according to the present invention comprises: a main panel having an overall grid shape through a core member and a plurality of link members, the core member having a plurality of transparent cores that have a circular cross section and a predetermined length and are arranged at a constant interval in the lateral direction, and the link members being formed of a transparent material and arranged at a constant interval in the longitudinal direction to connect the plurality of core members; transparent or translucent glass plates located on opposite surfaces of the main panel, respectively; and a filling material introduced into the space between the pair of glass plates with the main panel therebetween and then cured, the filling material being formed of a UV resin or a transparent synthetic resin.
