Abstract:
Provided is lytic polysaccharide monooxygenase BsLPMO10A from Bacillus subtilis. The amino acid sequence of the lytic polysaccharide monooxygenase is as shown in SEQ ID NO. 1. Further provided are a gene encoding the enzyme, an expression vector comprising the gene, a recombinant bacterium comprising the expression vector, and the use of the enzyme in promoting the degradation of hemicellulose substrates, promoting the rupture of β-1,4 glycosidic bonds of polysaccharide substrates, and synergistically promoting the decomposition of polysaccharides in combination with a glycoside hydrolase.
