Abstract:
In the present invention, a machine base attaching device for an elevator hoisting machine includes: a reinforcing body (41) which is attached to a forming rail (4) that guides the movement of a vertically moveable body; and a machine base anchoring member (42) that is anchored to a machine base (9) which supports a hoisting machine and that is attached to the forming rail (4). The forming rail (4) includes a pair of flange parts (23) and a rail protruding part (24) anchored between the pair of flange parts (23). The rail protruding part (24) includes a groove (25) formed therein which is opened between the pair of flange parts (23). The reinforcing body (41) includes an insertion part (41a) which is inserted in the groove (25). The machine base anchoring member (42) is attached to the portion of the rail protruding part (24) at which the insertion part (41a) is inserted.
