Abstract:
Machine for bending aluminum and PVC profiles, according to the invention consists from a stand (10) with a vertically set motor reducer (7), and a horizontaly set motor reducer (21) and with at least two fans (11) for hot air directed toward PVC profiles (23). Motor reducer (7) is by axle coupled with engaged gears (8, 19) and with two axles, inserted in a housing (18), fixed and in both directions revolving pastic profiled rollers (1), while the motor reducer (21) is by screwed spindle (9) coupled to the rectilinearly movable plate (17) on the ending of which a revolving plastic profiled roller (2) is set, by means of the axle embedded in a housing (20). In the working position of he machine, between the rollers (1, 2) on the stand (10) is fastened a PVC profile (23) wherein already filled is quartz sand (25) already filled in. With bending aluminum profiles no fans (11) for hot air are used.

C L A I M

1. Machine for bending aluminum and PVC profiles, that has a steering and control system, is characterized in, that in the internal part of a stand (10) is vertically set a motor reducer (7) by axle connected to engaged gears (8, 19) and with two axles, inserted in bearings in a housing (18), whereon fixed and fit for revolving in both directions there are set two plastic profiled rollers (1) with a washer (3) inserted in the top part, and a nut (4) to restrain the profile (23) in a plastic tool (24), that is on the stand (10) there is a horizontally set motor reducer (21) connected to a screwed spindle (9) with a rectilinearly movable plate (17) on the ending of which is set a housing (20) with bearings to embed the axle with a revolving plastic profiled roller (2) on the top part, there is set a washer (6) and a nut (5) for restraining the profile (23) in the plastic tool (22) and that, on the stand (10) between the rollers (1,2) where a PVC profile 23, with already filled in quartz sand (25), are set.

MACHINE FOR BENDING ALUMINUM PROFILES

TECHNICAL FIELD OF INVENTION

Subject matter of the invention herewith described refers to bending the tubes, rods or profiles, more precisely by passing between the rollers, as well as to the field of auxiliary equipment, e.g. for heating or cooling of bends (members that undergo bending process), and technical fields wherein bending is intended for special subjects. According to the International Patent Classification, the subject of the invention is classified and designated the following classification symbols (7) B21D7/00, B21D7/08, B21D7/16 and B21D 11/00.

TECHNICAL PROBLEM

Technical problem solved by herewith described invention consists in that how constructively to achieve a construction of the machine for bending aluminum and PVC profiles and therewith to preserve the overall sizes and the outward appearance of the profiles, by application of two fixed revolving rollers and one revolving roller for rectilinear moving, moved with two motor reducers and set of fans for heating by warm air so as to mold and more easily bend the profiles wherein quartz sand should be filled in.

STATE-OF-ART

Bending of PVC profiles in use up to now is mainly carried out by means of different constructions of work benches whereon are, arranged in vaults, stoppers between which are set PVC profiles that are previously heated in glycerol and therewith are brought into a malleable condition and subsequently cooled. As regards the existing machines, bending of profiles is carried out in one pass through, while the resulted quality was unsatisfying, as the internal forces that tend to draw the profile into the initial position are stronger in comparison to herewith explained solution where bending is carried out in several passes, as the process of

bending is gradually carried out with continual warming by means of fans for heating by hot air. The shortage of existing machines is in the fact of their being limited by the length of the profiles of up to 3 meters, while with this new solution there can be bent even longer profiles with up to 6.5 meters, where there may be bent the profiles with inserted steel reinforcement the use of which is required to maintain the hardness of PVC profiles when worked out to be used for doors, windows and other products, as well.

New structural solution with bending by means of rollers and setting fans for hot air instead of hot glycerol sand that needs often being replaced, and which is replaced with the quartz sand further contributes to the improvement of quality and speed of working out the profiles which reflected even to a three times lower cost expenses compared to the existing machines.

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE INVENTION

Machine, according to the invention, solves the problem of bending aluminum and PVC profiles, as well as PVC profiles with inserted steel reinforcements in a completely new way. This is achieved by means of three plastic profiled rollers driven by two motor reducers. Two rollers are fixed and revolving, while the third roller is also revolving in both directions around the axle, but this is at the same time by means of a screwed spindle i.e. spindle, connected to a revolving plate and moved rectilinearly to-and-fro and by its gradual moving toward the profile it carries gradual bending in integration with two fix revolving rollers. On the machine are set fans for hot air that heat PVC profiles and make it pliable for the purpose of easier and quality improved bending. When bending aluminum profles, no heating fans for hot air are used.

- figure 5 - represents a cross section of the plastic tool and PVC profile that passes in- between two revolving rollers.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION

Invention in the subject refers to the machine for bending aluminum and PVC profiles, as well as PVC profiles with inserted steel reinforcement. It is a compact whole and consists of a stand 10 whereon are structurally and functionally set and integrated driving, working and auxiliary devices and members thereof, and a steering and control system, as well. Motor reducer 7, is set vertically in the integral part of the stand 10, and by means of the axle coupled to the engaged gears 8, 19 and embodied in the bearings of the housing 18 and are used to revolve in both directions two fixed plastic profiled rollers 1 on the top ending of which are set metal washers 3 that by means of a nut 4 clamp a profile 23 in a plastic tool 24. Motor reducer driving 7 is achieved by a press onto the keys 13 and 15. Motor reducer 21 is set horizontally on the stand 10 and coupled to the screwed spindle ( so called spindle) with a movable plate 17 on the front part of which is a nut 16 while a rear part of it is connected to a housing 20 with bearings wherein revolves an axle with fitted revolving plastic profiled roller 2. Pressing the key 12 and 14, motor reducer 21 is driven which, by means of a screwed spindle 9 is rectilinearly to-and-fro moved, moves the movable plate toward the profile 23 and at the same time enables that the roller 2 revolves. On the roler 2 is set a steel washer 6 and nuts 5 for fastening the profile 23 in the plastic tool 22. On the stand 10 of the machine are set, depending on the size and the capacity, two or three fans 11 for hot air in use for heating PVC profiles for the purpose of making a softened or doughy mixture which is suitable to be bent easily. With bending aluminum profiles, no heating fans 11 for hot air are used.

The function of the machine and bending procedure is quite simple and it starts by preparation of an appropriate profile that consists in the calculation of the length of the zones for bending and the size of the vault for bending that determine even the very length of the profiles. Thereupon, the quartz sand 25 fills in the profile 23, it is being protected from dropping out by means of stoppers on both ends of the profile and set on the top surface of the stand 10 between two plastic profiled rollers 1 and a plastic profiled roller 2 and fixed by being fastened by a washer (3) and a nut (4) on the plastic tool 24 , i.e. by a washer 6 and a nut 5 on the plastic tool 22. Bending of the profiles 23 starts with starting the drive of the motor reducer 7 by pressing the keys 13 and 15 and starting the drive of the motor reducer 21 by pressing the keys 12 and 14 along with the simultaneous switching on the heating fans 11 for hot air set at the distance from 80 to 150 mm from the profile 23, and depending from the diameter of the vault being bent. The temperature of the hot air is directed toward the profile 23 and comes up to 150 0 C, being enough to make the profile 23 moldable, but not to deform it. Motor reducer 7 by means of the engaged gears 8, 19 moves and revolves two rollers 1 at the speed of 20-30 °/min, and at the same time the motor reducer 21 by means of the screwed spindle 9 gradually moves rectilinearly movable plate 17 with the roller 2 toward the profile 23 at the speed from 0.8 up to lmm/sec and herewith bending starts and it lasts until the achievement of desired vault. Thereupon, the bent profile 23 is removed from the machine and cooled at the temperature of the room, and upon that the sand 25 is filled out and the profile is cleaned, washed and stored at thereto appropriate shelves. The procedure for bending of aluminum profiles at the machine is completely the same as with bending PVC profiles, it is only that the heating fans 11 for hot air are not used.
