Abstract:
A machine head locking assembly, comprising a fixed machine body, a movable machine head, a locking frame, an opening and closing oil cylinder, a hydraulic locking cylinder, couplers and supporting arms. The two supporting arms are respectively hinged to the left side and the right side of the fixed machine body. The locking frame is a door-shaped frame, and comprises side plates on the left side and the right side and a transverse plate connected between the side plates. The end portions of the side plates are connected to the end portions of the supporting arms through couplers. In the technical scheme described above, the locking frame, the hydraulic locking cylinder and the supporting arms are arranged in the machine head locking mechanism, such that the hydraulic locking cylinder can be pressed on the movable machine head and apply pressure to the movable machine head. The pressure can balance a force borne by the movable machine head in an extrusion process. Meanwhile, since the locking force of the oil cylinder and the extrusion pushing force inside the machine are in the same direction, maximum locking effects can be achieved with a minimum force, and the number and the positions of the locking hydraulic cylinders can be evenly arranged according to the width of the machine head.
