Abstract:
Provided is a machine learning- based method for predicting clinical outcomes or the prognosis of an anticancer therapy by means of a computing device for predicting clinical outcomes or the prognosis of an examinee. One embodiment according to the present invention comprises the steps of: acquiring raw data including functional, genetic, and clinical data on a plurality of examinees; constructing a prediction model for clinical outcomes or a prognosis by using the raw data as features to train a machine learning model; and predicting clinical outcomes or the prognosis of an examinee by using the prediction model.
