Abstract:
Provided is a magnetic bearing device which is provided with a machine learning device and can suitably control the position of a body to be supported. The machine learning device learns a control condition of the magnetic bearing device (10). The magnetic bearing device is provided with magnetic bearings (21, 22) including a plurality of electromagnets (51-54) which apply an electromagnetic force to a shaft (115). The machine learning device is provided with a learning unit (45), a state variable acquisition unit (43), an evaluation data acquisition unit (44), and an update unit (47). The state variable acquisition unit acquires a state variable including at least one parameter correlated with the position of the shaft. The evaluation data acquisition unit acquires a measurement value of a shaft position, a target value of the shaft position, and evaluation data including at least one parameter among parameters correlated with a deviation from the target value. The update unit updates a learning state of the learning unit by using the evaluation data. The learning unit learns the control condition according to an output from the update unit.
